Returns

If you are not happy with the product you can send it back within 14 days after receiving the good(s).

Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition in the original packaging. All tags and any essential addition to the packaging must be returned.

Please contact us via support@byparra.asia when a product shows factory defects or if we shipped the wrong color/size. We will pay for the shipping costs in the form of a refund. In all other cases you will have to pay for the shipping costs of the returned good(s). You will be responsible for the return shipment.

If applicable a refund or credit memo will be issued within 8 working days. In case of an exchange, if the desired product is not available you will receive a credit memo.

Discounted items or products bought during a sale are non-returnable/non-refundable.

ONLY with return form

All returns must be accompanied with a filled-out return form. There should always be a return form included in the shipment. If not you can DOWNLOAD one here.
